Personals is a free international personal
ads directory that was setup because i noticed a lack
of such sites. There are many of so called 'dating'
sites out there that claim to be free, but won't allow
you to contact anyone until you pay up, and it's not
cheap either.
Even
portals who used to have free personals are now charging.
EC Personal asks for nothing in return, and why? Because
it really doesn't cost me anything to run this site.
